Lake Ontario - Bay of Quinte
Belleville, Ontario, Canada
The site is a bay area off lake Ontario, slow-moving to still water, gets deep fast, very soft organic-rich sediment (you will sink in waders!), and lots of aquatic vegetation. Rocks on the shoreline as an erosion buffer, and some trees/bushes/plants along the shoreline, otherwise it is a maintained lawn area of the park.
