Creek leading to South Bay on Lake Ontario

Sunny calm day with no rain in past 24 hours. Lovely day for my first outdoor bike ride of the year…..much more fun than those daily rides indoors. Some geese out on the bay making lots of noise and some waterbugs scittering around.

Overcast and calm with no rain in past 24 hrs. Some crows and ducks heard. Very shallow at the launch and heavy bullrushes and weeds everywhere.

Overcast, cool and windy with some light rain just beginning to spit as I was finishing testing. Frogs hopping into the water and crows squawking loudly. Lots of overgrowth of grasses, weeds and lily pads.

Sunny calm day with no rain in past 24 hrs. Lots of pollen around from the trees, green algae and weeds. Water bugs and songbirds evident. Lots of large carp & or suckers splashing about loudly in the water around the weeds.

Mostly sunny day with few clouds and calm. No rain in past 24 hours . Red winged blackbirds and songbirds around in the marsh and trees. Signs of beavers having chewed down some nearby trees but no sign of a lodge or dam yet as there have been other years.

Sunny and moderately windy with no rain in past 24 hrs. Very high conductivity reading today and water level is extremely low.

Mostly sunny with a few clouds . Just .4 Mm rain in past 24 hours. Stream is full with water lilies and bullrushes. Mosquitoes, water bugs and some songbirds around.

Clear sky with some clouds beginning to form and quite windy. 4 MM rain in past 24 hours. Osprey seen flying nearby where they have a nest on Cty Rd 10 and corner of Cty Rd 13. Songbirds heard. Water covered with lily pads and weeds. No flow in the stream at all.

Partly cloudy and very strong gusty winds. Some red winged blackbirds , water bugs and dragonflies around. Lots of weeds, algae and Lilly pads.
