Auguste Bayou- Back Bay Biloxi

This location has an installed Litter Gitter (passive litter removal device) on-site and will prove to be an excellent site to sample for water quality as it is frequently checked for litter on a routine basis. Sampling will occur near the start of the water body, slightly downstream from a small bridge (Braun St.); this location runs through a neighborhood of houses, that includes a nearby children’s park. This bayou has several other bridges that cross at Lee St., Back Bay Blvd., and Bowen Street before eventually emptying into the Biloxi Back Bay.
