Spring has finally arrived and with it high water. This creek flows year round but is very high and fast today. The creek joins the Ottawa River 300 meters downstream.
Canada geese, blue jays and chickadees were all observed in the vicinity.
Red squirrels were also seen as well as signs of deer, porcupine and raccoon.
Owl rafting putin drainage ditch area 30 m away from Ottawa River. Very mucky & foamy buildup, heavy evergreen forest surrounding creek.
