Mammals: Red tailed fox (VERY thin, looked mangey - a neighbour is feeding it hoping to aid its recovery)
Insects: Water scorpion, water striders, dragonflies, damselflies, water boatman, young giant water bugs (bite - ouch!).
Plants: Tapegrass, eurasian milfoil, Fragrant white waterlilies, sago, richardsons pondweed, chara.
Birds: Canada geese, double crested cormorants, gulls, osprey, American robin.
Fish: Northern pike, Golden shiners, brook stickleback, brown bullhead catfish, pugnose shiner, white sucker, pumpkinseed sunfish, black crappie, bluntnose minnows, banded killifish, largemouth bass, tubenose gobies, fathead minnows.
Species at risk: Pugnose shiners.
Invasive species: Eurasian milfoil, tubenose gobies.
