Notes

No rain for the last 72 hours. Sunny with cumulus clouds. NE wind 3-5. Beautiful day. Eel grass floating on surface and female eel grass n adjacent areas are starting to send out spirals with seeds. Eel grass appears to have started growing in front of bulkhead at site in 24"-30" of water at low tide.

Alligator gars and redfish were observed at site during the night under light.
Numerous aquatic plants are blooming on marsh islands within 500' of monitoring site.
Mosquito dragonflies are often seen at site.
Numerous birds frequent the immediate area: brown pelicans, terns, seagulls, black birds, osprey, blue heron, heron, and various other water birds.
