There is a steep slope to get down to the creek. Please use caution when approaching this site.

Cold conditions, snowy and windy, no animal or plant life noted.
Several water striders. Purple asters, nightshade, goldenrod on bank. Mosquito population still active.
Heavy rainfall and storms the previous day. One snail and many water striders sighted. Goldenrod on stream bank. Many sulphur butterflies.
Empty dragonfly nymph husk on bridge, many water striders, catbird calling. Goldenrod, red ossier dogwood, hog peanut, nightshade all observed at site.
