Shoreline erosion is a serious issue.

Major wake from boats driving high speed in/out of the Bonnechere River.
This channel needs large signs to read NO WAKE

The water surface is calm and has many water bugs & water spiders. A mature osprey flew overhead hunting and diving into the Ottawa River.
Sea gulls flew downstream on the Ottawa River.

Water Lillies are in full bloom. Weeds are abundant in the channel.
Water is noticeably brown in colour.
One motorized watercraft drove slowly down Bonnechere River, no wake (hooray!)

Observed foam on the water surface, waters are calm, slow moving water, no wind.
Sea gulls flying down the Ottawa River.
