Breezy. Very pleasant temperature. Several people were observed enjoying the park. Again, no geese were observed at the park during sampling.
Very breezy and extremely hot. Water choppy. Grass clippings in the water being sampled. No sign of geese. Very few people observed in the park.
Pleasant day. Calm water. Many people enjoying the park. No geese observed again this week.
Calm waters. Sampling was done at a later time than typical at this site. Several people were enjoying the park as the sun was setting. No geese were observed in the vicinity.
Very hot and breezy day. Water being sampled was very choppy and was often splashing over the concrete barrier wall. Very few people were visiting the park. Fewer geese than typical were observed on this sampling day.
Sunny and hot day. A few people hanging out in the park. Some skateboarders nearby. Grass clippings on the retaining wall and some in the water where sampling.
Water a bit cloudy looking. Boat traffic on the water. A few people were in the park playing disc golf. Many geese all around. A great blue heron was spotted at the western end of the OTP shore.
R-Card #3A blew topside down onto a puddle surrounded by goose droppings on the retaining wall after sampling. The card had been on the clipboard over a minute after sampling, but it was obviously contaminated in the puddle as the attached photo shows. Therefore, the data for Sample #3 was not entered.
Sampling was done within 1.5 hours after a rainstorm. Light rain began again while sampling was wrapping up. No one was in the park and no boats seen in the reservoir. Many geese were in the park and a couple of ducks were on the retaining wall and got into the water prior to sampling.
