Ministry of Fisheries officials (3 men in a speedboat under cover) asked us what we were doing - They were happy to see that we were water testing for the Ottawa Riverkeeper, instead of illegally fishing.
Lots of leopard frogs by shore.
Also saw Great Blue Heron, osprey, minnows
Gusty winds, choppy waters
gusty winds and choppy water. Lots of sailboats; motor boats and jet skies; baby catfish; minnows; and frogs by the shore
