I didn’t realize how tall/thick the plants would get at this location but it’s become pretty unsafe to continue testing in my opinion. The grasses/sedges are taller than me now, unable to see the ground, hard to collect samples from the shore.

Tons of insects; spiders, ants, leafhoppers, dragonflies.

The plants on land and in the water are exploding in growth. The water is deeper and darker than last time. Some water fowl feces can be seen.

- All the plants are growing quickly, reeds are shooting up, aquatic plants are large, water is a little more cloudy than last time
