About

I am the ecologist for the Village of Algonquin. The Village has over 400 acres of restored open space and owns an additional 350 acres of un-managed open space within its green infrastructure network. Outside of my professional role with the Village of Algonquin, I am a long-time purveyor of ecological restoration and habitat preservation. I have a life-long passion for the outdoors and spend my free time cycling, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
