About

It is extremely important that we take care of our freshwater since it provides us with ecosystem services with habitats for many plant and animal species. I have always had a fascination for species along the Ottawa River close to my home but also at my family cottage in the Georgian Bay area. I was even part of a group project for Sustainability Day at Algonquin College this year and our topic was Freshwater & Wetland Ecosystems.
