About

It takes little effort to keep a watercourse responsibly managed.
But once in awhile it takes a great effort to keep a watercourse responsibly managed.
The struggle is always the same: clean versus unclean and between pecuniary usery versus nurturing with an eye to the future.
The work is generally shouldered by the grassroots. While the credit goes to those in "higher" places.
I am passionate about water because I understand its' realtionship to every thing on the planet.
