My farm has a stream, part of the water comes from land west of my property, part comes out of the hillside. There are beavers that started cutting down trees and making dams and now there are many dams with huge ponds, and a lot fewer trees. The water is used for part of the year by my bison herd. I would like to be able to use the water year round by pumping it up to the top of the hill to my yard site. I love the hills and stream (and ponds, now) and all the plant and animal life that is nurtured on my land. I want to protect the land and keep it as natural as it has been for hundreds (maybe thousands) of years.

Training

I am a retired physician. Now I raise bison for the meat they provide us and our customers.
