We live in the forest! We care about its wellbeing. We have a canal waterway which travels through our property, it is a drainage from a few agricultural drainages. This is a human made waterway, but a feature which makes our forest a protected wetland. We want to keep our forest healthy.

Training

We are doing this as a family team effort. Amy has a PhD in Food Chemistry, and is a Professor of Food Technology at Niagara College. Mona is a teenager who goes to Franco Niagara in Welland.
