About

We are collecting samples from Gledhow beck in Leeds because we are concerned about the adverse impact of the four combined sewer outlets flowing into the beck.
These are having a seriously detrimental effect on wildlife in the area and the value of the surrounding urban woodland for the local community.
The friends of Gledhow valley woods work with a wide range of partners to improve the woods for nature and surrounding communities.

Training

We are working with water@Leeds to gain a better understanding of the impact of water pollution and how to mitigate it's impact.
