Notes

Last day for Lake Ontario Waterkeeper testing ecoli levels at this site. Water was incedibly calm compared to last year! What a difference. Resident seagulls (about 60) on the shoreline. Two geese. And two cormorant flew by in the distance, low to the water as usual. Water Ranger tests at site 2 by the blue rock, same as last week. Ro biked the samples downtown. Thanks to Ro and Elise for sampling at Humber Bay Park West this year. Additional photos of mouth of Mimico Creek, which flows east of Humber Bay West Park. One egret observed in regular spot. Nearby condos towering over.
