At a pier. Water is moving here. Located on the south arm of the Fraser River in South Richmond. About 1 block away from the Lulu Island Wastewater Treatment Plant, though there are generally no noticeable odours.

Water level was quite high (high tide at 5:10pm today).
Tide very low. Dock is usually floating but today it was dry on the side that I normally take readings from. Moved to other side of the dock where water was still running.
High water level. Water quite fast moving compared to previous tests
The tide was very low, so couldn't do the tests at the previous location (at the old boat lanuch area). Moved to a fishing dock approximately 150 m down the river (towards the ocean).
