View all photosNice day, a few boats on the lake.
Family of geese swimming by. The wind is blowing across the lake bringing organic material (reeds, leaves, etc.) to this side of the lake.
Could not do secchi test because the waves were to high.
Have had a lot rain here and water is still flowing into the lake. The water level has risen considerably.
Secchi depth is not a true reading as this is as deep as I can get off the end of the dock.
Water is running into lake near the dock from the rain. There has been about 5” of rain here since Monday, June 13 to Saturday, June 18. The water level of the lake has come up considerably this week.
A lot of fuzz from the poplar trees on the water. Most of it blew in yesterday.
The depth observation is not very accurate because I was at the end of the dock but could still see farther out into the water. The lake is pretty clear right now.
Very windy with large waves. Too windy to do secchi depth because the water was too rough.
