Chitek Lake

Small public beach in front of Chitek lake drive. It is flanked by seasonal boat docks. Sample taken in deeper water outside swimming area. Water is still in the mornings. Wind if present comes from the west. I typically see algal bloom here later in the summer. Lost of fish in this area, loons and ducks.
