Fisherman was occupying the usual testing spot on a flat rock at the level of the river so we tested slightly upstream.
Water level about 1m lower than last month.
Cold gray day with no sun. Little wind. No rain. Two fishermen on the harbor wall. No wildlife seen. Ice still in the Marina but the river is clear. Secchi at 20 degrees due to current.
