Snow made access to culvert outfall difficult; flow estimated 20 l/s. based on an estimated time through the culvert a period interval from Feb. 3 when the cross sectional area at the downstream end was similar

From previous tests we have found that using a timed float through the culvert is not very accurate at this flow level but the flow is still too much to use a bucket and timer.

Changed calibration methodology, now soaking Oakton for 10 minutes before calibration.
