I have deep concerns about Watsons Landings Complex located at 7670 Highway 16 and their negligence of compliance with Lake Kathlyn protocols and environmental guidelines in saving our local lake.
I have observed on numerous occasions the use of Killex with respect to keeping the lawns weeds free within the strata community of Watson Landings.
But more importantly I feel recent shoreline compliances are being ignored and residents are building and erecting docks and slides at their leisure and ignoring the guidelines of undisturbed shorelines thus jeopardizing the health and wellness of Lake Kathlyn.
As a long time resident of the Lake Kathlyn area it is evident that there environmental standards being ignored and the demise of a precious lake commodity.
I trust this issue will be investigated and laws will be enforced in with standards that will SAVE Lake Kathlyn.

A Concerned Lake Kathlyn Community Member
