Secchi readings taken late in the day, therefore are probably somewhat inaccurate, light penetration likely would be higher if readings taken between 10am and 3pm.
Suspect TDS and conductivity readings are recorded in the improper units, historic readings for Hunters Point Lake and Lake Kipawa in generate are much much lower.
pH also seems high for Kipawa which is typically on the slighty acidic end (~6.5)
