At the end of Elizabeth St there is a parking lot with a small ramp to the water. There is also a pier, however the pier may not always be accessible due to high water levels.
This site is at the outflow of Forty Mile creek into Lake Ontario, and may reflect river run off during rain events.

View all photosThere is a significant amount of periphyton growth on the rocks and boat ramp here. Water is very clear. Ducks and canada geese present. Kayakers and families going fishing also present.

Algae accumulation on the ramp made it slippery. Test strip got algae on it, didnt remove as I didnt want to contaminate the test strip, may impact computer recognition of images.
