Phosphate level was above the maximum for the low level Hanna checker so result was blinking. Water was taken direct fr4om the inflow to the lake.

These qualities refer to water taken directly from the surface water inflow pipe to the Upper Lake. The lake itself has significant algal plaques and litter and odour.
