Very hot humid day and water level is much higher than usual due to the rain the past week

Lots and lots of birds around, i loved listening to some singing their hearts out under the sun!

Plants: Rough stalked feather moss, mullen, dogwood, red clover, elodea, willow trees, ash trees, wild raspberry,

Invertebrates: Isopods (both aquatic and terrestrial), amphipods, caddisfly larvae, hundreds of non-biting midges, bladder snail, marsh ramshorn snail.

Birds: Canada geese, house sparrow, american robin.

Insects: Cabbage moth, caddisfly, stonefly, diptera sp.

Plants: Richardsons pondweed, coontail, major, minor and starry duckweed, Eurasian milfoil, elodea, water nymph, fragrant white water lily, flatleaf pondweed, phragmite, purple loosestrife, black eyed susan, milkweed, poison ivy, touch-me-not, golden rod, willow trees, honeysuckle bushes.
