Elevation change with rushing but record June low-water over boulders and varied depth with numerous access points off Crystal Falls Trail; residential mountain enclaves of "newer" subdivisions that access the trail from their back-yards. Ruffus Hummingbird feeding on honey-suckle bush below birch tree but in area of mostly second-growth mature coniferous with increasingly high banks.
