#4 Kingsway Bridge

Coquitlam River

Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada

Slow moving wider river; shallow visible pebbled, rock and silt, sand beachhead, mixed forest, mostly deciduous mature trees and undergrowth surrounding both both raised banks on the Trabouley POCO Trail through commercial; residential and main street businesses of Port Coquitlam and North of Colony Farms, Coquitlam. Small red Spring Salmon run in mid-progress but only one fly-fisherman, a mother Mallard and five ducklings. Disappointed to move location due to closure of trail to Colony Farms and noticeable man-made domestic pollution of household trash beside the trails.

No fishermen as too shallow and still. Warmer temperatures had song birds sheltering in trees surrounding with lots of different calls.
