3 previous mornings of snow... melted off each afternoon in 5deg C.

See a slight increase in flow (rain several days ago?). They still haven’t repaired the flow nr. the source, so it must be rain run off. It has been a scary year with no flow due to that “wreck” in Montana.
Overcast, clearing to West. Negligible water flow. Clear to bottom.
Note: May17th a “viaduct” in the US collapsed. Without a speedy repair (unlikely), this severely—its a disaster—limits water in the Milk River. Towns,both sides of the border, depend on the river for their water supplies, not to mention the agricultural use.
