Stream flowing under Old Milford rd over falls into Milford Millpond

Un-named stream flowing into Millpond

Milford, Ontario, Canada

Seasonal creek ( dries up most summers ) flowing under the road and over a small falls into the east end of Milford Millpond then over dam into sources of Black river then eventually into Lake Ontario at Smiths Bay. Test spot is beside the culvert on the west side of the road which is easily accessed down a gradual embankment.

No rainfall in past 24 hours. Partly cloudy today and quite windy. Steady flow in the stream as snowmelt brings water from all the fields in the higher ground heading into the Millpond nearby.

No testing possible since last tests done since we’ve had very little rainfall in June and this stream and falls have been dried up all month.

Sunny and windy day. No rain in past 24 hours. Good flow of water along creek and under the road to waterfalls into the millpond.

No rain in past 24 hours but in past 2-3 weeks have seen over 150 MM rainfall, so this is why this stream is now flowing again after being dry all summer long. Water flowing well from the fields and under road culvert, over the falls into the millpond.
