A lot of people boating and jet-skiing on the Fox River at this location. Nearly hit a jet-skier while lowering bucket to collect sample.
Some patches of ice on the water.
Very cold at the site, performed testing in warm car. There was ice on the water, with plenty of open areas to collect a sample. Wet rope, used to haul water, froze to the bridge.
