Lots of rain before sampling.
Drought like conditions over the past month. Seen my first badger in the wild digging for ground squirrels 5-22-25.
No previous precipitation event. American Toads breeding and chirping.
Prior large storm event with rain/snow.
Very icy snow fall January 14th that required lots of road salting, and freezing temperatures leading up to thaw.
Beavers are iced in.
After snow event and light rain.
This is a before storm even reading. I was surprised that the chlorides were lower from this spring that flows out of a small pool compared to the direct spring that before on the water shed.
