Nottawaga Bay

This is the bay water—the same water we swim in—located in front of the largest pond at Cawaja Beach, Knee Deep in the Bay. Begin by wading out until the water is about 0.5 to 1 meter deep, facing into the current (toward the waves). Take care not to disturb the sediment on the bottom.
