Something has killed and eaten two ring billed gulls. Minimal remains.

A barge has been launched and work is underway on the closest pier to Mattawa of the train bridge that crosses the Ottawa River. The piers are concrete and sit in the river. This bridge has a train crossing approximately twice a day, going to and from the Tembec mill in Temiscaming.
