On a rocky beach just in front of the beachfront campsites, the lake is clear and cold. Water is calm on a calm day, would have big waves or even dangerous on a windy day. Beautiful location.

It was a shoreline observation on a sunny morning, with a slight wind. Wateris extremely clear but we could not go far enough out to use the sechi disk. I imagine we could see at least three meters maybe more. Water is cold air was cold. Frosty morning in July. Still had blackflies. Rocky pebbly beach with some sand.
