Seaweed was evident along the banks of marsh creek during low tide this morning. In terms of weather, it was overcast with a great deal of humidity in the air.
The clarity of the water was noted to be a 3 as it was quite brown from the sediment being stirred up from the evening rain this past evening. In terms of species, there were some ducks present along the length of the creek and swarms of insects was evident as well. The prevalence of snails throughout the site area was also pronounced this morning.
The pH of this body of water was noted at 6.5 but turned eventually to 8.5 within one minute. The clarity of the water was quite cloudy and the only species noted on this site were seaweed and 2 pairs of either mallard ducks or geese.
The clarity of the water was recorded as a 3 and the only species found today at this site were seaweed, ducks, and the odd mosquito.
