Steep slope at entry to site.
Foam on the surface. people were fishing.
Can not see bottom to be able to cross and do wetted width precisely. Water was cloudy and brown(substrate). The water level was average to high. There was foam present moving down river and build up on riparian.
Fisherman on the river. Large amount of foam and soap substance just above the sample site.
Be careful on the rocks going down, watch out for fast moving water along the end of the rocks. Condition changed, previous site is under water. tested one meter back from previous spot.
Steep access to sample site.
People were fishing.
Could not get bank full width or wetted width. Too deep, too fast and too unsafe to cross as deeper than weighters on left bank side. Left bank side is private property. Will need to get creative with this measurement.
Park on the left side of the bridge - traffic is high - watch for flying snow and ice. Banks are full of snow and are high and steep. River ice and snow covered, no access currently. Do not go to the private property.
High-traffic area do not park on the road. Pull out onto the left side of the bridge where the solar panel box is located. Need 4X4 to drive off to the left. Snow depth is half a foot.
