Private property sample site. Creek runs along Roselle Rd then thru Devlin Wastewater Reclamation Facility location which is upstream from sample site. Flow continues south to Meacham Grove Forest Preserve.
Water flows freely year-round ranging from a slow pace during drier times to a whitewater torrent during very heavy rains. Safe location to collect samples is from bridge by guardrails.

Both test strips tested the same at 125 ppm
Chloride level still higher than 1st reading of season - 184 ppm on 2024-05-30 vs 138 ppm on 2023-11-16. These readings were from two different test strip lot numbers.
Conductivity reading of 0 removed by admin
New Lot # so tested twice. Same reading from both control strips at 287 ppm for QT units of 5.8
Reading was > 620 ppm. Test strip showed 9.2 Q units but chart stops at 7.8 Q units which is 620 ppm. Reported max ppm number from chart as instructed.
Reading from 2nd control strip is one notch lower at 125 ppm for QT units of 3.6
