Crisp air, recent salting- residual road deposits. Wildlife activity, fauna growth along embankments. Water clarity- moderate.
Recent ice and snow has melted, water level is higher and flowing. Embankment is almost entirely submerged. Animal tracts and scat.
Water lever has raised since the last reading. Significant amounts of rain and warmer temps over Christmas weekend. Grass, early spring growth, deer prints (grazing) and fern growth along embankment.
Murky water, leaves, deer and small wildlife prints, turkey hawks.
