Very thin layer on the surface of the entire pond

Thin layer of ice at edges. Image of the test strip was taken about 24 hours after the strip was used (I forgot to photograph it right away, sorry!)

Some ice in the center of pond, some frozen slush near pond edges

No ice present

Fairly thick layer of ice. Difficult to break through.

One deer across the pond, a flock of geese and ducks swimming on pond. We had a light snow on 10/31/23, so some people may have salted already.
