More foam and algae than last few visits (maybe just as spring gets going)..

Usual grey water smell along the culvert from the Sewage Treatment Works.

As usual the sewage treatment plant exit into the culvert feeding into Unstead Wetland Reserve has a 'washing machine' smell and was grey coloured.

Lots of foam to the east of the inlet along the culvert (as usual when water is coming in from GSTW). The water had a washing machine smell.

Lots of foam, mostly away from the inlet. Looked oily on the surface near the inlet.

Water was flowing in from the sewerage treatment works so an assessment of clarity and water colour was not made (too much churning). There were some bubbles on the surface of the water probably caused by the flow into the culvert.

Some foam from the water source but did not smell like soap (earthy smell) so unsure of the source. We saw a snake!

Treated water from Godalming Sewage Treatment Works entering culvert that supplies lagoons on wetland nature reserve. Some bubbling on surface as the water came into the culvert in surges.
