About
A new group starting in 2022 to monitor the water quality at the end of the pier. Additional water sampling locations may be added such as sensitive, important streams that are important fish habitat.
Colpoy's Bay is deep, clean, cold and beautiful but there doesn't seem to be much data to show how beautiful it is.
Mallory Beach Ratepayers Assoc has many members along Mallory Beach Road. Many are cottagers but there are some full time residents too. The MBRA has a water committee, members of the association will volunteer to sample and share the results.
Water testing protocol
The Water Ranger Explorer kit will be used to sample water quality.
