About
We are a group of local residents that care about preserving the ecological integrity of the creek and preserving its salmonid populations. We do this with the support and guidance of Peninsula Streams Society (PSS). Previous iterations of this group, as well as other PSS volunteers, have been collecting water quality data in the Tetayut (Sandhill) and ḰENNES (Hagan and Graham Creek) Watersheds for over 20 years.
Stewardship activities we are involved in include: water quality monitoring, invasive species pulls, creek cleans, native/riparian planting events, educational programming, construction of in-stream habitat for fish, habitat assessment, fish monitoring, building rain gardens and more.
