We have had several days of very cold weather. Last night 0.26 inches of precipitation. 0.1 inch of ice. This morning freezing rain on top of the ice. Lots of salt on streets and sidewalks. All this on top of 7 inches of snow pack (as of 6:15 this morning, which has been melting all day with the warmer weather)

My Quantab unit measurement was actually 9.0 units. The PPM conversion doesn't go that high up on the card. I looked online and the company said to record it as >628ppm. There were chunks of submerged slushy ice under the top current of water, and two pairs of mallards. I felt like the ducks must have been swimming in brine.
