Notes
Minimal visible or floating algae which has not been the case in past years late in the season. Lake is approx 10 -12 inches lower than normal spring levels. Surprised at secchi reading as mid August could see anchor rope 6 to 8 feet down. Water is clear along shore and significant weed growth this year which may explain partially why we have minimal algae. Weeds are thicker and a lot further out from shore than past years. Also abnormal amount of floating weeds from passing boats have been removed from the lake .
