Notes

Zebra mussels were first identified in the fall of 2015. During 2016, the entire lake has been infested with zebra mussels. The water chemistry is changing and secchi depths have increased by 2 metres. We calculate that there are upwards of 1 billion zebra mussels currently in White Lake.
