Unstead Exit (outflow) : Unstead Wetland Reserve

Virtually dry although I could hear a faint trickle of water passing through the brick tower/bat roost. The lack of water relates to the blockage stopping water flowing from the 'Dry' Lagoon into the East Lagoon. The warden is not sure what the cause is but he and volunteers will continue to investigate over the coming weeks.
(note the Dry Lagoon was originally dry but is now full of water! One of the first lagoons to be refilled when volunteers started working on the site)
