Notes
The river is wide open and the water level is high, but the access to the river is not safe. Therefore did not monitor this location. Foam is visible and is coming from roadside ditches. Water looks brown coloured at upstream before it meets with the water from the roadside ditch, but it looks green after it meets with the roadside ditch water at down stream.
